DuPont Performance Elastomers Wins NOVA Chemicals 2004 Global Supplier Excellence Award
DuPont Performance Elastomers was selected recently by NOVA Chemicals to receive its "2004 Purchasing and Supply Global Supplier Excellence Award". The award recognizes DuPont Performance Elastomers' collaboration with NOVA Chemicals in helping to create exceptional value through the supply of Viton® FreeFlow™ fluoroelastomer process aids.

DuPont Performance Elastomers Granted Patent for Discovery that Improves Processing of Extrudable Polyolefins
U.S. Patent No. 6,642,310 B2 has been granted to two DuPont Performance Elastomers scientists for their invention "Process Aid for Melt Processible Polymers." Products based on this discovery - Viton® FreeFlow™ Z-100 and Viton® FreeFlow™ Z-200 - can significantly improve product quality without increasing costs, and provide exceptional performance in the most challenging resins.
