Kalrez® SpectrumTM 6380 is the latest addition to the Kalrez® SpectrumTM family of perfluoroelastomer parts, specifically developed to extend service lifetime in chemical and hydrocarbon processes involving hot, aggressive amines, strong acids and oxidizing media.
Kalrez® SpectrumTM 6380 perfluoroelastomer parts offer excellent overall chemical resistance and mechanical properties for static and dynamic sealing applications in harsh chemical plant processes at temperatures up to 225°C. In laboratory tests, Kalrez® SpectrumTM 6380 parts exhibited very low swell after 672 hours exposure to ethylenediamine, ethanolamine and ammonium hydroxide compared with alternative perfluoroelastomer parts commonly specified for such environments.

Hot primary amines are extremely aggressive towards elastomers, causing performance to degrade prematurely. With Kalrez® SpectrumTM 6380, DPE has developed a product that outperforms existing elastomers in hot, aggressive primary amines, as well as oxidizing media.
Kalrez® SpectrumTM 6380, manufactured in an easily identifiable cream color, is the latest addition to the Kalrez® SpectrumTM family of perfluoroelastomer seals offering high performance in a broad range of chemical processing environments. Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer parts are available in standard AS568 and metric sizes. Custom o-ring sizes and shapes are available upon request. Using proprietary technology, DPE is involved in the manufacture of Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer parts from raw material procurement to shipment of finished products.
