Extended portfolio of DuPont Performance Elastomers as of January 1, 2008.

Two leading elastomers - Vamac® ethylene acrylic elastomers and Viton® fluoroelastomers - are now marketed worldwide by DPE under a new market-facing group called V Solutions. The move, effective January 1, 2008, is already providing customers with a broader range of solutions, greater flexibility and improved efficiency when evaluating materials and developing solutions for sealing and hose applications.

Vamac® products are heat and fluid resistant elastomers for flexible applications ranging from hoses, dampers and boots to seals and gaskets. Vamac® provides significant performance advantages over many ACM and HNBR grades, including better low temperature resistance and peak temperature performance up to 200°C.
